关于应激性精神障碍（PTSD）的动物模型研究进展与效果检测 中国医科大学七年制 刘丽杰 石玉秀* 摘要： 创伤后应激障碍(PTSD)是灾害后精神及行为障碍的一种重要表现形式。随着突发灾难性事件增多，以及恐怖主义的自杀、爆炸等事件不断发生，创伤后应激障碍(posttraumatic stress disorder，PTSD)也成为被关注的课题。有学者通过边缘系电刺激、动物食物链中特殊的捕食关系，以及SPS刺激等多种方法成功诱发实施动物明显的、较长时程的活动习性改变。表现为警觉水平过高、惊恐行为、环境适应能力下降、躲藏逃避反应等多种与PTSD临床表现相似的精神、行为障碍。并认为海马，中缝核，杏仁核等皮质边缘区神经元在PTSD的发生发展中可能有重要意义。PTSD动物模型的建立，为人类研究精神疾病提供了有利条件，大大推动了精神疾病研究与治疗的进展。本文初步总结了一些关于PTSD所建立的动物模型。 关键词：应激性精神障碍（PTSD）；SPS动物模型 On the stress disorder (PTSD) research of animal model testing and effect Abstract: The post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a post-disaster mental and behavioral disorder an important form of expression. With the sudden increase in catastrophic events, as well as terrorism, suicide bombings and other events that have taken place, post-traumatic stress disorder (posttraumatic stress disorder, PTSD) has become a topic of concern.
