素入手.从各分项评价指标的权重来看，运动员的满意度、教练员的决策能
力、教练员的影响力、团队的激励机制、团队的规范等几个方面是团队凝聚
力培养的重点.(3)作为一种尝试，本研究运用定性和定童相结合的方法，
时体育团队凝聚力进行多维综合评价，克服了以往主要靠定性方法进行评价
的局限性，从而使团队凝聚力的评价与实际相符合，为体育团队凝聚力评价
的研究提供7一种思路和工具.

Abstract
Itistheaimofeveryteamtoimprovethesportsabilityinmodemathletic
sports.Thetrainingofsportsteamcohesion(STC)hasimportantfunctionof
improvingthebattleeffectivenessoftheteam.Alongwiththestrengtheningof
theprofessionalizationandsocializationofathletes,itisinsufficienttocultivate
STCthroughthoughteducation.ConsideringtheactualiytthatstudiesonSTCare
inadequateandtherearenotsystematicorscientificevaluationmethodsin
todaysChina,thisstudyplanstomakeacomprehensiveinvestigationonthe
conditionofourcountrysSTCandset叩theSTCevaluationsystemthatare
suitableforathletesofChinathroughcombiningthesituationofourcountryand
thecharacteristicsofnationalcultureandthroughconsultingtheexistedtheories
inthisfieldsoastogettheeffectthat:weexamine,treat,andevaluatethebeams
conditioncombiningyearsofexperiencesofthecoac权theteamleader,andother
staffsinthecourseoftrainingmanagementbeforefeedingtheresultbackto
athletessoastoprovidecertaintheoreticalpursuantforstrengtheningthe
cultivationofSTC.
STCisamacrocosmaswellasanopeningsystemsotheinfluencingfactors
onitexistinsideandoutsidetheteamsimultaneously.Consideringthis,thisstudy,
bymeansofneithertheoreticalstudyofthinkingandarguingnorrandom
experientialstudybutthemethodsofdocumentdata,Delphi,expertdiscussion,
questionnaire,mathematicalstatistics,andlogicalinduction,triestoseekthe
influencingfactorsonSTCthroughtailinginvestigationonexcellentteamsofour
countrytogetherwithforeignadvancedexperiencesbeforemakingvague,
comprehensiveevaluationonthem.Theinfluencingfactorsarecomplexaswell
asmulti-dimensional,therefore,theoreticalanalysisaloneisnotenough.We
