项目部管理手册 经营管理 经营管理构架 概括说明经营管理工作的工作流程及内容。 管理职责流程图 （1）合同管理流程图 （2）成本管理流程图 （3）预决算管理流程图 项目工地管理班组组建办法 流程 内容 组建 工程承接以后，组建工地项目部班子，工地配置原则： 1、3千万以上的工程，由项目部班子讨论确定，由一名副经理兼任工地负责人； 2、3千万以下的工程，项目部有工地负责人经历的员工公平、公正竞争上岗； 其余管理人员由工地负责人提出岗位名称及岗位职能要求，原则上在本项目部内公平、公开竞争上岗。 运作 工地负责人为工地管理班子第一责任人，与项目部签订工期、安全、质量、成本承包协议，按处、项目部有关规定负责人工地日常运作。项目部按节点对项目工地管理班组进行考察。 解散 工程竣工交付甲方使用以后，该项目部班子解散，工地负责人以下管理人员去项目部其他工地上岗，工地负责人负责工程款回收、质保期内工作、工程回访、市场维护等各项事宜。  Ellipticity of elbow pipes with diameters less than or equal to 150 mm must be not greater than 8% diameter of 200 mm or less shall not be greater than 6%.
