Showing that conflicts and misunderstandings stem from cultural differences and showing that many misunderstandings and conflicts are caused by lack of cross-cultural communication between cultures, so it is possible to decrease even reconcile some conflicts and misunderstandings by cross-cultural communication. However, in the real world, communication itself is not the all-powerful key to the solution of all kinds of conflicts and misunderstandings, only tolerance and love can bring about true harmony. Especially in a multi-cultural world like today, the cultural diversity is greatly recognized and respected.
