籃球場使用守則
1. 使用人士必須為持有碧海藍天智能咭之住戶或由持有智能咭住戶陪同之訪客。
2. 十二歲以下人士，必須由成人陪同下方可使用籃球場 。
3. 使用籃球場人士，須穿著不脫色鞋底之運動鞋。
4. 使用人士必須視乎本身之身體健康狀況，凡患有高血壓、心臟病、服藥或酒後之人士，避免進行烈劇
運動。如有任何疑問，請先諮詢醫生意見。
5. 籃球場為公共設施，使用人士不得獨佔場地 。
6. 使用人士嚴禁隨意移動籃球場內之器材傢俬，如有損毀，須按照市價賠償一切損失。
7. 使用人士不得攜帶食物進入籃球場 。
8. 籃球場範圍內嚴禁吸煙或拋棄垃圾。
9. 除獲會所批准之教練外，其他人士不可在籃球場內進行教練工作。
10. 倘若任何人士經常違反上述規則或故意騷擾或危害其他使用人安全，會所有權拒絕該等人士進入會所
範圍內。
11. 除獲會所批准外 ，籃球場內不可作其他活動用途。
12. 會所有權隨時關閉籃球場 ，以便進行清潔、保養或維修工程，而無須事前通知。
13. 使用人士須自行負責本身之財物，管理公司對私人物品之損毁或被竊概不負責。
14. 會所為住客安排特別課程或項目期間，籃球場將不開放予其他人士使用。
15. 會所保留隨時更改以上籃球場使用規則之權利而毋須另行通知。
16. 籃球場只供業主、租客或授權人士使用。業主及管理公司不會對籃球場使用人士的安全負上任何責任，
敬請留意。

Basketball Court Regulations
1. All users must be a holder of registered Smart Cards of AquaMarine or a guest accompanied by a resident who can
produce his or her Smart Card .
2. All users under the age of twelve ( 12) should be accompanied by an adult who shall remain in attendance at all times and
be fully responsible for any child in whose care.
3. Non-staining rubber sports shoes must be worn when entering the Basketball Court
4. All users are advised to check their own physical, users who are suffering from high blood pressure, heart diseases or
those after drinking, taking drug are advised not to do excited exercise. For any queries, users are advised to consult
their doctors for medical advice before using the facility.
5. For common use, do not occupy the Basketball Court.
6. Relocation of the equipment inside the Basketball Court is strictly prohibited. User will be held liable and required to
pay full compensation at market rate for any damages to the equipment / furniture.
7. All users should not bring any foods enter the Basketball Court.
8. Smoking and littering are strictly prohibited in the Basketball Court.
9. No coaching is permitted in the Basketball Court unless prior approval is obtained from Club Aqua.
