六味地黄汤加减治疗2型糖尿病肾病Ⅳ期79例疗效观察 刘海立 连书光 （汝州市济仁糖尿病医院 河南 汝州 467599） [摘要] 目的：探讨中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病肾病期的治疗效果。方法：选择2010年01月至2013年12月我院住院治疗的2型糖尿病肾病期158例，采用重组人胰岛素、依那普利和/或氯沙坦、胰激肽原酶、阿托伐汀钙等治疗79例西医治疗组，在西医治疗基础上加服六味地黄汤加减79例作为中西医结合治疗组。两组持续治疗2个月。观察并比较两组治疗前后24小时尿蛋白定量的变化及生化指标变化。结果：西医治疗组总有效率为83.54%，中西医结合治疗组的总有效率为91.14%，两组相比，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），中西医结合组24小时尿蛋白定量降低和血黏度改善优于对照组（P0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病肾病期的治疗效果显著糖尿病肾病期进展。 [关键词] 糖尿病肾病期 中西医结合 六味地黄汤加减 [中图分类号] [文献标识码] EFFECT OF Six INGREDIENT REHMANNIA DECOCTION IN TREATMENT 79 PATIENTS OF TYPE 2 DIABETIC NEPHROPATHY STAGE 4 LIU Haili，LIAN Shuguang， (Department of Jiren Diabetes Hospital of Ruzhou，Ruzhou city，Henan province，467599) Abstract] Objective:Discussion on the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy stage IV treatment effect.Method:Choose the patients from January,2010 to December,2013 in type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients with stage IV therapy of 158 cases in our hospital. Adopt to recombine human insulin,enalapril or losartan,Pancreatic kallikrein, atorvastatin calcium and so on to cure 79 cases as western medicine therapy group.Based on western medicine treatment,plus six taste glutinous rehmannia decoction 79 cases as the treatment group with combination of TCM and western medicine.Two groups continued to treat two months.To observe and compare the two groups of changes in the quantity of urinary protein and biochemical indexes between 24 hours.Result:The total effective rate of western medicine group was 83.54%.The treatment group with combination of TCM and Western Medicine was 91.14%.Compared with the two groups,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The quantitative reduction of urinary protein and Blood viscosity in the combination of TCM and western medicine was better than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion:Effect of treatment type 2 diabetic nephropathy stage IV of the combination of TCM and western medicine was prominent, which
