安 培龙 股份 Better Sensor Better Life MZ6 系 列 用 于 过 热 保 护 FOR MZ6 系列用作温度传感器，具有尺寸小、热容量低 OVERHEATING PROTECTION 的优点，能有效地显示开关电源中功率器件的过热状况。 MZ6 series as a temperature indicator is small in size and little in calorific capacity. It is so useful for indicating any overheating of power transistors and thyristors in the power sources. 如图 2，在正常环境温度温下，PTC 热敏电阻器阻值 Rp 小于 Rs，输出电压较低，当环境温度超过设定温度时，PTC 热敏电阻器阻值 Rp 快速上升超过 Rs，从而导致 Vo 增加到足够高的电压而动作（图 3 ）。As in fig. 2, in normal ambient temperature, PTC thermistor resistance RpRs, lower output voltage.
