Clinical Application of Moxibustion in the Treatment of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis Abstract: This paper reviews literature research about moxibustion in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis in recent years. It aims to summarize the clinical application of moxibustion treatment and to better guide clinics. In the meantime, the paper also points out the research direction for the moxibustion treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis. 中译文： 灸法治疗肩周炎的临床应用概况 摘要：本文对近年来灸法治疗肩周炎的文献加以回顾性综述。旨在总结灸法治疗肩周炎的临床概况，从而更好地指导临床。同时也为今后灸法治疗肩周炎的临床研究指明了方向。 报道型摘要(informative abstract) 也称为信息型摘要，其特点是全面、简明地概括论文的研究目的、方法、结果和结论等，这种摘要与指示型摘要相比，篇幅明显较长，摘要内容更具体，目前国内外大多数医学论文摘要多为信息型摘要。 此类型摘要从写作格式的角度看，也叫作结构式摘要 The Clinical Research on Vertigo Caused by Blood-supply Insufficiency of Vertebral-basilar Artery with Cluster Acupuncture Therapy on Head 头穴丛刺治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的临床研究 Abstract: Objective: To compare the therapeutic effects of cluster acupuncture therapy on head with the common acupuncture for treating the vertigo caused by blood-supply insufficiency of vertebral-basilar artery. Methods: 48 patients were selected who had vertigo caused by blood-supply insufficiency of vertebral-basilar artery and divided into two groups at random. Each group had 24 patients. The treatment group was treated by cluster acupuncture therapy on head and the control group was treated by common acupuncture. The clinical effect between two groups was judged. Results: The effective rate in treatment group was 91.7% and it was obviously better than that in the control group which was 75.0% (p0.05). Conclusion: It is an effective therapy for the treatment of vertigo caused by blood-supply insufficiency of vertebral-basilar artery, and it has a better curative efficacy than common acupuncture. 摘 要 目的：比较头穴丛刺与常规体针治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕症的疗效差异；方法：将48例椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用头穴丛刺并加电针的方法治疗，对照组采用常规体针进行操作；10次为一疗程，连续治疗两个疗程后两组进行疗效对比，并且比较治疗前后椎动脉和基底动脉的血流动力学改变；结果：治疗组改善临床症状总有效率为（91.7%），优于对照组总有效率75.0%（P﹤0.05）
