万方数据 摘 要 沥青路面是江西省高速公路路面的主要形式。随着国民经济的发展，交通量的迅速 增长，大型车辆多，超载现象严重，车辆渠化行驶等，使高速公路沥青路面面临十分严 峻的考验。由于当时设计标准偏低，交通需求预测不足，基于“强基薄面” 的半刚性基层 沥青路面设计理念，江西省早期建成的如泰和至赣州等高速公路项目，难于满足当前交 通需求，迫切需要改造。加强高速公路沥青路面改造方案的研究，十分及时与必要。 通过对泰赣高速公路路面状况进行全面调查，评价其路况现状，进行必要的试验与 检测，为后续改造方案研究提供充分依据。进一步分析、探讨沥青路面损坏产生的原因， 根据病害发展不同程度，路面结构层破坏情况，对不同的处治方案进行研究、比选，提 出推荐方案。对沥青路面的再生利用、水稳基层再生利用、超薄罩面等路面改造关键方 案进行研究、比选，以及对项目实施阶段的交通组织方案、质量控制措施以及工期安排 等方面提出意见。以指导泰赣高速公路路面改造工程实施，并给予江西省其他类似工程 参考。 关键词：高速公路 沥青路面 改造 研究 I 万方数据 Abstract Asphalt pavement dominates the pavement of the expressway in Jiangxi Province. With the development of the national economy, the traffic volume is increasing rapidly, and the large vehicles and severe overloading and the rule of the fixed lane for different traffic (such as heavy vehicle mainly on the right lane) and etc. put much pressure on the asphalt pavement of the expressway. Due to the previous comparatively low design standard, low traffic forecast and the design theory of the asphalt pavement on the semi-rigid base course (namely “strong base and thin surfacing”) during the feasibility study, the early-built expressways such as the Taihe to Ganzhou Expressway (hereinafter called TGE) hardly meet the demand of the current traffic, and urgently need to be upgraded. It is very timely and necessary to study the up-gradation scheme of the asphalt pavement of the expressway. The thorough investigation on the pavement condition of TGE, the evaluation on the current road condition and the necessary testing and inspection provide the adequate basis for the study of the up-gradation scheme.
