Abstract Firstly, this paper introduces the basic laws of radiation in the high temperature measure. On this foundation, summarizes the commonly used methods of radiation temperature measure presently, tallies up that the radiation coefficient is one of the main reasons that influence the result. In order to overcome the influence of radiation coefficient, has carried on deep research to the industrial radiation fiber-optic high temperature sensor: Through the analysis that the ray radiation is transmitted in the optic fiber, has put forward the thought of the craft temperature; Makes use of the method of locale adjusting, has avoided the difficult problem of revising temperature with radiation coefficient. The experiment proves, the implementing scheme is feasible, and it has real directive significance to modern industrial production. Secondly, this paper improves and perfects the numerical solution of the ray equation and the ray track, makes the algorithm more operational. It provides the basis for the computer assistance design in the optical fiber system of radiation fiber-optic high temperature sensor.
