However， the financing bottleneck of land stock cooperatives seriously hindered the progress. By analyzing the operation mode of rural land stock cooperatives， it was clear that there were three types of operation mode， including community operation， collective lease operation， and associated operation. On this basis， the financing path for the development of land stock cooperatives， including the community financing， government guarantee financing， and loan financing on land management mortgage of cooperatives， was explored. The results showed that， the loan financing path on land management mortgage was more suitable for the development of land stock cooperatives， but the legal perfection， government service and bank supervision were also required to jointly promote the financing of rural land stock cooperatives. Key words： rural land stock cooperative； financing path； countermeasures and suggestions ?r村土地股份合作社的成立和发展加快了农村土地的流转，促进了农村土地规模化集约化经营，逐步推动着传统农业向现代农业转变。中国农村土地股份合作社发展已经有很多年的历史，早在20世纪80年代，广东南海地区就已经开始进行土地股份合作社的试验。2007年7月1日《农民专业合作社法》（以下简称《合作社法》）施行后，新型土地股份合作社大量涌现，国内再次掀起以土地入股合作社的浪潮。2016年中央一号文件明确指出，“鼓励发展股份合作，引导农户自愿以土地经营权等入股龙头企业和农民合作社，采取保底收益+按股分红等方式，让农户分享加工销售环节的收益”，农村土地股份合作社发展势头愈加强劲[1]
