外侧小切口辅助复位经皮克氏针内固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折可行性分析 　　【摘要】 目的：研究分析外?刃∏锌诟ㄖ?复位经皮克氏针内固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折的可行性以及其临床效果。方法：选择2013年12月-2016年6月于本院骨科收治入院的肱骨髁上骨折患儿131例，按ID数分为对照组（n=80）与观察组（n=51）。对照组采用传统闭合复位经皮克氏针内固定治疗，观察组采用外侧小切口辅助复位经皮克氏针内固定治疗。比较分析两组的临床治疗效果以及并发症发生情况。结果：所有患儿均顺利实施手术。观察组优良率为96.08%，显著优于对照组的77.50%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：外侧小切口辅助复位经皮克氏针内固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折有效可行，相比传统闭合复位经皮克氏针内固定术后并发症少，临床疗效好，可在临床治疗中推广应用 【关键词】 肱骨髁上骨折； 克氏针内固定； 闭合复位； 小切口 Feasibility Analysis of Percutaneous Kirschner Internal Fixation Combined with Lateral Small Incisions in the Treatment of Humeral Supracondylar Fracture in Children/XIA Yong-jie，CAO Lin.//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（15）：031-034 【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the feasibility and clinical effect of percutaneous Kirschner internal fixation combined with lateral small incisions in the treatment of humeral supracondylar fracture in children.Method：From December 2013 to June 2016，131 humeral supracondylar fracture children who treated in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group（n=80） and the observation group（n=51） according to the ID number.The control group was treated with traditional percutaneous Kirschner internal fixation combined with closed reduction，the observation group was treated with percutaneous Kirschner internal fixation combined with lateral small incisions.The therapeutic effect and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Result：All the children underwent the operation successfully.The excellent and good rate of the observation group was 96.08%，significantly better than 77.50% of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Small lateral incision assisted reduction and percutaneous Kirschner wire fixation for supracondylar fracture of humerus in children is effective，compared with the traditional closed reduction with Kirschner wire fixation postoperative complications，the clinical curative effect is good，can be widely applied in clinical treatment. 【Key words】 Humeral supracondylar fracture； Internal fixation with kir
