淋巴细胞亚群在反复喘息婴幼儿血清中表达水平探究 　　[摘要] 目的 研究反?痛?息婴幼儿血清中淋巴细胞亚群的变化和意义。 方法 方便收集南京医科大学第二附属医院2013年6月―2015年1月住院反复喘息患儿54例，年龄均在3岁以下，按哮喘预测指数分3组，预测指数阳性组（A组）、哮喘预测指数阴性组（B组）、正常对照组（C组）。哮喘预测指数阳性组22例，哮喘预测指数阴性组22例，正常对照组10例。所有患儿入院当日采集静脉血，流式细胞仪检测患儿血清T淋巴细胞（CD3+）、B淋巴细胞（CD19+），T辅助性淋巴细胞（CD3+、CD4+），T抑制性淋巴细胞（CD3+、CD8+）的水平。 结果 A组共22例，淋巴细胞免疫分型异常者17例，占总数的77.27%；B组共22例，淋巴细胞免疫分型异常者3例，占总数的13.63%；C组共10例，淋巴细胞免疫分型异常者1例，占总数的11.11%。A组与C组差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；B组与C组相比差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 反复喘息婴幼儿，哮喘预测指数阳性组淋巴细胞亚群功能失衡，而哮喘预测指数阴性组淋巴细胞亚群功能正常 [关键词] 淋巴细胞亚群；喘息；婴幼儿；哮喘预测指数 [中图分类号] R725 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）12（b）-0032-04 Study on the Expression of Lymphocyte Subsets in the Serum of Infants and Young Children with Recurrent Wheezing WANG Jin-Ya，ZHU Liu-Zhen， LU Lu，GE Lei，DING Ling Second Affiliated Hospital of Pediatrics of Ningjing Medical University ， Nanjing， Jiangsu Province， 210003 China [Abstract] Objective To study the changes and significance of lymphocyte subsets in the serum of infants and young children with repeated wheezing.
