牙再植在前牙外伤脱位中临床应用 　　【摘要】 目的 研究牙再植术在前牙外伤脱位中的临床应用效果。方法 46例前牙外伤脱位患者， 对其进行牙再植术治疗， 分析其临床应用的效果。结果 所有患者经过牙再植后， 回院复查或电话随访评价疗效， 所有46例患者中29例患者成功， 成功率为63.04%（29/46）， 好转15例， 占32.61%（15/46）， 失败2例， 失败率为4.35%（2/46）；且再植失败牙均在1年内松动脱落。结论 牙再植术是治??前牙外伤脱位最佳的治疗方法， 根据患者前牙外伤脱位的情况制定适合患者的治疗方法以及根管治疗的时机， 加强宣传前牙外伤脱位知识的普及， 告知大家合理的保护脱位牙以及及时就诊等方法， 能有效提高牙再植的成功率 【关键词】 牙再植；前牙外伤脱位；应用 DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2016.33.041 Clinical application of tooth replantation in anterior teeth traumatic dislocation WU Gui-mei. Methods A total of 46 patients with anterior teeth traumatic dislocation received tooth replantation for treatment， and their clinical application effects were analyzed for curative effect evaluation. Results After tooth replantation， all patients received reexamination by telephone or returning to hospital. Among 46 cases， there were 29 successful cases， with success rate as 63.04% （29/40）， 15 improved cases， accounting for 32.61% （15/46） and 2 failed cases， with failure rate as 4.35% （2/46）. All failed replanted teeth showed loose or dislocation within 1 year. Conclusion Tooth replantation acts as the perfered treatment method for anterior teeth traumatic dislocation.
