In order to enhance the security of mult-i sheet coreboard structure, the heat treatment processing w as studied. T he results show that Laves precipitation phase w hich contains higher content Nb element in the w elding process of Inconel718 superalloy. After SPF process, Nb segregation in the w eld is partly dissolved. T he heat treatment of solution treatment at 980 / 0min can make phase dissolve thoroughly into the phase and the Nb content of the dendrit- ic in the w eld joint steps up. T h
