The two parties made comprehensive and in-depth discussions on the master plan of International Low Carbon City. With the starting-up of the pilot project, a more detailed dialogue between both sides will facilitate the construction of an International Low Carbon City with high efficiency. Purpose Experts from both sides will hold an in-depth review on Waste to Energy, Water Utilization Green Building from different perspectives.
