企业目标管理实施的经历 案例 ManagementByObjectives (MBO) is a governance method created by Drucker in the last century. It achieves self - control by making the members of the organization personally participate in the work objectives, and motivates employees to work hard to achieve their goals. The results of the work of the staff, with the clear objective as assessment criteria, so as to make the evaluation of employees and reward to a more objective and more reasonable, thus can greatly stimulate staff to achieve organizational goals for governance.
