The results show ed that marked increases of SOD、 POD and CAT w ere observed in cucumber seedling subject to appropriate low temperature treatments, which included 4℃, 6℃ and 8℃. Among those treatment, the cucumber seedlings under 6℃ and 8℃, appeared better than those under 4℃. The low temperature treatment also increased soluble sugar and proline content.
