On the basis of make full use of the state-owned bank financial system technology platform and our quality health resources, the payment system using cards instead of medical card set up information system which has the practicability, feasibility and advanced function as one of the characteristics, to recon- struct the new process of outpatient registration, see a doctor, pay cost. The development of the payment system improve the accuracy and ef- ficiency of the hospital outpatient service charge, reduce the charge for the chances of introducing defects and the chances of return premium, avoid the conflict or medical disputes in the settlement link, ensure the data accuracy of the outpatient service settlement and the safety of funds, greatly improving the work efficiency.
