(状语从句) （2）wish, as if 及if only/would rather 的虚拟形式I wish I were a bird. （宾语从句） （3）几个常用(should)+动词原形结构的虚拟语气的句型I suggest that we (should) set off at once. （名词性从句--主语从句， 宾语从句，表语从句，同位语从句） （4）It is time that) 的虚拟形式 二、注意虚拟语气的三种活用现象 （1）含蓄条件句 （2）时间错综句 （3）虚实错综句 if条件从句+主句 If从句 主句 现在 动词过去式（be动词用were） would/should/could/might+动词原形 过去 Had+过去分词 would/should/could/might+have+过去分词 将来 1. 过去式 2.should+动词原形 3. were+ to do would/should/could/might+动词原形 注：从句时态应是正常时态的基础上往从前倒退一个时态。 ①表示与现在事实相反的假设 从句谓语动词用过去式（be动词的过去式正式用法一律用were），主句动词用“would/should/could/might +动词原形”。 If I were rich, I would buy that car. 若我有钱，我就买那辆车。 If I were you, I should accept the invitation. 如果我是你，我会接受邀请的。 ②表示与过去事实相反的假设 从句谓语动词用过去完成式，主句用“should / would / could/might + have +过去分词” If I had known her telephone number, I would have called her. 如果我知道她的电话号码，我就给她打电话了。 If he had been there, he would have helped you. 如果他在那儿的话，他会帮助你的。 If he had seen you yesterday, he would have returned your book. 如果他昨天见到了你，他就会还你的书的。 ③表示与将来事实相反的假设 从句谓语动词除用(过去式（be动词用were）以外，还可用(“should +动词原形”或(“were to +动词原形”；主句用“would/should/could/might +动词原形”。 If I were to go abroad, I would go to America. 如果我出国的话，我就去美国。 If it should rain / were to rain / rained tomorrow, the sports meet would be put off. 万一明天下雨，运动会就推迟。(事实上明天下雨的可能性不大。)
