Equipment Inspection And Standard 第五部分 设备检查和标准 Section 1 Scope of Supply 第一部分 供货范围 1.1 Introduction 1.1 机组介绍 The CENTAC C1000 compressor is a reliable and efficient integrally geared multistage centrifugal compressor that is designed to provide oil-free compressed air, for indoor or outdoor under roof installations in non hazardous areas. The CENTAC C1000 compressor consists of a vertically split air end with 2 or 3 compression stages. Air end is a two pinion design with stage 1 on a pinion and stages 2 3 are on a double ended pinion. The air end is mounted on intercooler housing and the scrolls are attached to the air end stages. An electric drive motor is supported by a structure which also houses the oil reservoir. Intercooler housing and motor support structure are attached to each other and all supporting systems are fully wired, piped and mounted. Package is shipped as complete unit, and fits inside a high-cube container. The standard package uses water as the heat rejection medium.
