The total investment of our company is 8 million US dollars with a registration capital of 5 million US dollars. Our company occupies an area of 28,000 square meters and has an excellent tidy surroundings and first-rate equipment. 我司拥有两台UDP850、UDP450非平衡磁控溅射设备，可加工制备出三种不同优良性能的镀层，即CrAlTiN纳米梯度硬膜、Graphit-iC自润滑镀层、MoST自润滑镀层。CrAlTiN纳米梯度硬膜可以用于如微钻、钻头、横铣刀、立铣刀以及精密模具等的表面处理，其硬度和使用寿命能得到很大的提高。Graphit-iC自润滑镀层、MoST自润滑镀层可以用于如缝纫机针杆、汽缸等需要润滑的工件上，其磨擦系数大大降低，使用寿命也大大提高。我司集生产、研发、销售于一体，采用国际技术领先的英国TEER公司的闭合场非平衡磁控溅射离子镀膜（CFUBMSIP）专利技术及先进的检测设备，与西安理工大学重点实验室密切合作，并由其不断委派高级技术人员来我司从事这方面的研究开发,致力于开展各种精密工件和模具的表面镀膜的加工、研发。 Our company has two Unbalanced Magnetron Sputter Ion Plating (CFUBMSIP) equipment, UDP850 and UDP450 respectively, which could produce three different coatings, i.e., CrAlTiN nanoscale graded coating, Graphit-iC self-lubricant coating and MoST self-lubricant coating. Among them, the CrAlTiN coating could be used to treat micro drills, horizontal milling cutters, end milling cutters, drills and precise moulds etc ，to greatly enhance their hardness and lifetime. The Graphit-iC and MoST coating are applied on parts needed to be lubricated such as pin pole of sartorius, cylinders in order to decrease significantly their friction coefficient and improve lifetime.
