内 容 摘 要 在生产系统中，不合理的生产车间布局设计会产生生产过程中的浪费。目前采用计算机仿真技术对生产车间布局进行仿真优化的越来越多，通过对生产车间布局规划的多方案优化分析，从而使规划方案更便于实际建设和生产组织，降低企业的生产成本，提高企业的竞争力。 本文在生产线的理论研究基础上，建立生产车间仿真模型，运用Flexsim软件对制造业生产车间的结构布局、生产过程以及物流系统进行仿真，对分析结果进行优化，评估生产车间的生产效率，解决生产瓶颈问题。 关键词：Flexsim、生产车间、仿真、优化 ABSTRACT In the production system, unreasonable layout of the production workshop will be a waste of the production process.
