Method: The huge volume of autologous fat granules was transplanted with the wet CAL, and the long-term follow-up was adopted. Results: To compare to the traditional technology, the effect of our method will be better and stable. Conclusion: The wet CAL assisted with stem cells derived from autologous fat has the following advantages: lasting effect, safety, stabilization, and perfect appearance, which can make up for the deficiency of dry CAL.
