Firstly, a highly efficient algorithm for fusing the preference inform ation of experts in this om ain is presente . Secon ly, the objective function ofoptmi i zation is establishe by making use of both the outputs of the m o el an the integrate preference or er given by experts. Then, the param eters of the m o el are obtaine by optmi izing the objective function v ia genetic algo rithm s. Lastly, both its application an a vantages are illustrate by utilizing the ata of the scale enterprises in the pharmaceutical in ustry of ten prov inces in P. R. China.
