Iron is a mineral found in every cell of the body. It is vital for good health and for our mental and physical wellbeing.
Q2:Why iron is so important?
1.help to build red blood cells
2.boost immune system, helping fight infections
3.optimum brain function in adults.
4.help to develop brain and learn in youngsters
5.help to digest and gain weight in children
Q3:What will happen if a person cant get enough iron?
1.have problems with feeding and digestion
2.get tired easily
3.be more prone to infections and illness
