During the last few years this technology has been introduced to thehottest parts ofgas turbine. There are three ad2 vanced technologies for advanced aero2 engine, the film cooling technology, single crystal superalloys and TBCs. The TBCs systems aremultiplayer material systems. Thematerial properties arenot easily determined, such as Youngs modu2 lus ofthe top2 coating ofTBCs. Using the resonant frequency and the laminated plate theory, theYoungs modulus of PS TBCs was gotten from room temperature to 1150e . Using a commercial finite2 element program, the model geometry is that of a solid cylinder. The interface region between bond coat and TBCs is modeled with a sinusoidal geometry.
