摘要 : 对近年来利用高效液相色谱 HPLC 分离检测蛋白质的研究作了综述 。比较详细地介绍了用于蛋白质分析的各种 HPLC 模
式、检测器 、以及联用技术的发展情况 ,肯定了高效液相色谱在蛋白质分离检测中的重要作用 。
