In the scheme , w e apply BGV ( Brakerski Gentry Vaikuntanathan) homomorphic encryption to pro tect the users location privacy and updating key generated by the data ow ner directly to adjust the policy of the ciphertex t stored in the cloud in the meantime . M oreover , in consideration of the endurance of mobile devices , the idea of outsourcing the BGV computation and BGV decryption as w ell as the ciphertex t adjusting part is also introduced .
