Central government, local government and the real estate market are inextricably linked. As the main body of the real estate market, real estate developers and the central government, local government also has complex linkages. In the real estate market, the central government, local government and real estate developers have their own interests. And the interests of the game among the three also have a negligible effect on the housing prices. In this paper, the game between the three have been described, and for the game analyze the causes of behavior, and pointed out the three games on the impact of the real estate market, and for this phenomenon, with recommendations.
