Results show that： universityindustry collaborative innovation efficiency is low. The main reason is the inefficiency in the stage of intellectual achievements transformation. There is an “inflection point” between enterprise RD ability and universityindustry collaborative innovation efficiency and the entrepreneurial spirit can determine the position of the “inflection point”. Enterprise scale， enterprise staff training intensity and the governments indirect policy support all can promote the universityindustry collaborative innovation efficiency significantly. The enterprise strategic and governments direct financial support cannot promote the universityindustry collaborative innovation.
