The paper describe the preparation of PA6/ PP( 80/ 20) blends by using of compatibilizers and its w aterabsorption and friction properties. T hree types of compatibilizers are PPg( MAHcoSt) , PPg( GMAcoSt) and PPg( MMAcoSt) , they are prepared by meltgrafting of the multimonomers onto polypropylene ( PP) and the blends are prepared by a tw inscrew extruder, test samples are prepared by injection molding . T he results shows that the effects of above compatibilizers on the w aterabsorption and tribological properties of PA6/ PP blends are obviously and valuable, PA 6/ PPg( GMAcoSt) / PP blends exhibits the optimum w ater absorp tion and tribological properties.
