Many researches indicate that the most important reason of their short-livings is that there is something wrong with the human resource management. This study aims at analyzing and designing the staff-training system which is based on the ERP for small and mid-sized enterprises. In order to raise a suitable staff-training system for Tianjin Wanbo wire and cable company, we need to gather the information of the existing system in the company, then find out the shortcomings in the training progress, analyze the require characteristics of the staff-training in implementing the ERP on the background of the enterprise transformation and point out a strategy of implementation.
