动 物 学 研 究 2011，Dec. 32(6): 657−662 CN 53-1040/Q ISSN 0254-5853 Zoological Research DOI ：10.3724/SP.J.1141.2011.06657 远海梭子蟹胚胎发育观察 1,* 1 2 廖永岩 , 李 锋 , 董学兴 (1. 广东海洋大学 水产学院, 广东 湛江 524025; 2. 盐城工学院, 江苏 盐城 224003) 摘要：在水温25～26 ℃、盐度 30 和 pH 7.8～8.4 条件下, 观察远海梭子蟹胚胎发育全过程, 其结果发现, 远 海梭子蟹胚胎发育经历卵裂、囊胚、原肠胚、无节幼体、后无节幼体和原溞状幼体等六个阶段。远海梭子蟹卵排 出约28 h 开始表面卵裂，约 40 h ，形成囊胚，约 60 h，预定内胚层细胞出现, 并与集中在其周围的细胞一起内陷, 形成原肠胚。约 90 h, 3 对附肢的无节幼体出现，约 110 h，5 对附肢的后无节幼体出现，约 140 h， 7 对附肢的原 溞状幼体出现。复眼、心跳、色素形成均在原溞状幼体阶段完成。原溞状幼体孵出时(约 300 h), 颚足长出羽状刚 毛, 变为溞状幼体。整个胚胎发育过程约 300 h 。 关键词：远海梭子蟹; 胚胎发育; 形态学 中图分类号：Q959.223.630.4 ；Q133 文献标志码：A 文章编号：0254-5853-(2011)06-0657-06 External morphological characteristics during the embryonic development of Portunus pelagicus 1,* 1 2 LIAO Yong-Yan , LI Feng , DONG Xue-Xing (1.
