Period 1 Section A Let’s learn Ask and answer P39 教学目标 1. 能够听、说、读、写序数词:first(1st), second(2nd), third(3rd), fourth(4th), fifth(5th). 2. 初步了解各序数词的用法及在句子中的读法、写法. 3. 让学生能说出一些关于序数词的规律。 教学重点 1.words : first(1st), second(2nd), third(3rd), fourth(4th), fifth(5th).的学习。 2.sentences: When is the sports meet? Ss: Today is Monday/ Wednesday. T: When is your birthday? Ss: It’s in July....... Step 2. 新课内容展示(用时18分钟) 1)板书: the title “Unit 4 When is Easter?”并教读. 2) T: Do you know when is Easter? Ss: It’s usually in April……. T: DO you know when is April Fool’s Day? Ss: 4.1 T: Do you know how to say 4.1 in English? Learn the new words:first(1st), second(2nd), third(3rd), fourth(4th), fifth(5th) T:first .first Spell it please. S:Read after teacher and spell the word. (类似方法教读单词) 3) T: Make a sentence: first .first April Fool’s Day is on April 1st.. S:Read after teacher (同样的方法巩固其他单, My birthday is on May 2nd. 明确告知学生在月份的第几日要用序数词,读时前面要加上定冠”the”, 同时在某月某日前要用介词on)。 4)师生互译序数词、基数词及短语singing contest, maths test school trip , English test。 5) 句子操练:T: When is your birthday? Ss : It’s on Oct 2nd. T: When is singing contest?.... Ss: It’s on Jul. 1st…. 6)Listen to the tape and read after it. Step 3.合作交流:(用时5分钟) 小组合作:Ask and answer:(灵活运用今天所学单词和句型) When is the sports meet/English test? S:It’s on April 4th. ………….. Step4、达标检测(用时8分钟) C. Our singing contest is on Jul. 1st. D.
