湘潭大学 硕士学位论文 论中国生产力的可持续性跨越式发展 姓名：张海艳 申请学位级别：硕士 专业：政治经济学 指导教师：刘桂斌 摘 要 在人类历史发展长河中，总是存在政治经济发展的不平衡性。由此出现的后 发国家追赶先进国家的跨越式发展是后发者永恒的历史课题。党和国家领导人先 后提出了实现跨越式发展、科学发展观、建设和谐社会等一系列发展战略和发展 理念，实际上为中国人们指明了21世纪我们奋斗的主要目标和所要遵循的基本原 则。本文从知识经济时代与物质经济时代的区别、知识经济时代与物质经济时代 跨越式发展道路的区别的分析入手，论证了知识经济时代跨越式发展与可持续发 展的辨证统一关系，进而提出了中国生产力发展的新模式——可持续性跨越式发 展。文章在进一步论证实现中国生产力可持续性跨越式发展的必要性和可能性的 基础上，分别从人力资本投资、科技创新、制度创新三个方面提出了实现中国生 产力可持续性跨越式发展的策略。本文最后一部分是关于中国生产力可持续性跨 越式发展的灵魂——创新的论证。 论文通过对不同经济时代跨越式发展道路的区别的论述，力求使人们对知识 经济时代跨越式发展的特征有一个全新的认识；文章对知识经济时代跨越式发展 与可持续发展的有机统一关系的分析，能使人们走出跨越式发展与可持续发展只 能二取一的误区；本文从人力资本投资、科技创新、制度创新三个方面提出的实 现中国生产力可持续性跨越式发展的策略既切合当前中国实际，也符合世界经济 发展趋势。论文最后一部分关于中国生产力可持续性跨越式发展的灵魂——创新 的论证具有一定的哲学思辨思维。 关键词：跨越式发展；可持续发展；可持续性跨越式发展；创新 IV ABSTRACT Uneven development of the economy is a normal phenomenon through human history. Therefore overstepping development has been an ever-lasting topic for the developing countries. A series of strategies and concepts about how to develop our productivity quickly and continually have been put forward by our leadership, which in fact point out the targets we strive for and the principles we should adhere to. Firstly, the differences between the knowledge economy and the substance economy and the different roads of overstepping development between the two economic eras are analyzed in this paper.
