He buys thousands of balloons just to attach it to his house to float up in the sky. So, he starts with his journey up in the sky in his house with balloons attached to it. Suddenly, hes not alone and somebodys at the door while flying, its a boy scout kid named Russell. He invites the boy with him on his journey to South America. Old Carl is a retired balloon salesman, he was forced to leave to set up home with him and his late wife, Ellie. However, he did not want to move to a home for the elderly, So Carl took action. Although he was just an ordinary old man, he does not want to give up the rest of his life, he desires his own way of life. Thousands of balloons on the roof, along with the foundation flew into the air, flying toward South America, to fulfill the commitments he made to his wife years ago.......
