Most of companies or factories thereby grab great profits due to a large scale of their products. Hence, it proportionately makes a contribution to economy growth in a short-term. However, in a long term perspective, excessive working hours can inevitably exert a adverse effect on economy. This is mainly due to the fact that people are highly likely to work inefficiently as well as mind absented with serious exhaustion and fatigue after overdoing in the office or factory. For example, factory workers easily ignore some inferior products and then pass them on to next part in the assembly line which would probably cause a loss in company’s profit later. In contemporary society, companies or employees in growing number manage to escape from paying workers the over-time subsidy they deserve. This is can cause unsatisfactory emotion or even irritation which often trigger the strike or boycott.
