基于触摸屏、PLC的食品车间温湿度监控 系统设计 THE DESIGN OF TEMPERATURE AND HUMIDITY CONTROL SYSTEM FOR THE FOOD PRODUCTION WORKSHOP BASED ON TOUCH SCREEN AND PLC 专 业：自 动 化 姓 名：王 岳 指 导 教 师： 申请学位级别：学 士 论文提交日期：2016年6月6日 学位授予单位：天津科技大学 摘要 温度与湿度是日常生活中食品品质得以保障的重要参数，是食品安全保证的一项非常重要的指标，因此，在食品生产车间对温度湿度进行精确的检测和快速的调节有着严格的要求。 目前，食品车间的温湿度监控方法仍然很粗糙，自动化程度偏低，大部分小工厂企业仍然在使用温度计测量室内温度以及干湿球湿度计测量湿度，测量误差较大，控制效果不够好，这样大大影响到了食品的质量和品质。影响到公司与工人的利益，更重要的是会影响人们的食品安全。本设计基于触摸屏与PLC相结合实现了对食品车间温湿度参数的监控和自动调节的功能。设计中通过PLC及其扩展的温湿度模块以及A/D转换模块进行数据的采集、转换和数据的处理等，并根据食品车间食品对温湿度的要求范围对其进行调节和超限报警等功能；触摸屏主要实现温湿度的显示和范围设定、超限报警范围设定、系统故障检测报警等功能，也可以通过触摸屏手动调节车间内温湿度。由于PLC的可靠性高，稳定性强，再加上彩色触摸屏的数据显示直观丰富，容易设定控制范围，可对车间内温湿度进行实时监控，以及触摸屏的操作简单等优点，使得此控制系统受到广泛的欢迎。 本系统除了可以应用于食品车间的温湿度调节中，还可以应用在有关温湿度的控制系统中。 关键词：触摸屏；PLC；温湿度；食品生产车间 ABSTRACT The temperature and the humidity are important parameters in daily life for food quality can be guaranteed, is a very important indicator of food security assurances, therefore, food production workshop temperature and humidity accurate detection and rapid adjustment has strict requirements. At present, food workshop of temperature and humidity monitoring method is still very rough, automation degree is low, most of the small factory enterprises still use thermometer to measure the indoor humidity and dry wet bulb temperature measurement, measurement error is larger, the control effect is not good enough, which greatly affected the food quality and yield.
