吉林省中小企业融资难问题研究 摘 要：近年来，中小企业已成为吉林省经济增长的主要动力，在增加税收、技术创新、吸纳就业、体制转轨、扩大出口等方面发挥的作用越来越大。但是，由于自身规模小、实力弱、信用等级低，经营管理混乱，财务制度不健全等内部原因，以及银行业资金投向偏重大企业，贷款门槛高，政府的扶持力度不够， 社会担保体系的缺乏，金融市场的不完善，社会环境的制约等外部原因使得吉林省中小企业融资难，同时也制约了中小企业的发展，进一步影响了吉林省经济的增长。如果这种情况长期存在，必将对我国中小企业的发展造成不利影响，因此，如何解决中小企业融资难问题已成为当务之急。 本论文就吉林省中小企业融资问题做出相应分析，指出中小企业融资难是经济社会发展中长期存在的问题，并从企业本身、政府、银行、社会等方面找出问题存在的原因，归纳总结出当前吉林省企业融资存在的问题，并提出一些能够适度缓解融资矛盾的建议。 关键词：吉林省；中小企业；融资难 Research on the problem of difficult financing of SMEs in Jilin Province Abstract: In recent years, SMEs have become the main driving force of economic growth in Jilin Province, the role of tax increases, technological innovation, creating jobs, system transformation, expanding exports, and played more and more. However, due to its small scale, weak, low credit rating, management chaos, financial system is not perfect and other internal factors, as well as funds to invest emphasis on large corporate banking, loan threshold is high, government support is not enough, the lack of social guarantee system external causes of the financial market imperfections, such as social environment constraints make Jilin SME financing, while also restricting the development of SMEs, and further affect the economic growth in Jilin Province. If this situation a long time, will adversely affect the development of SMEs in China, therefore, how to solve the problem of financing SMEs has become imperative. This paper makes the corresponding analysis on the financing problems of small and medium sized enterprises in Jilin Province, points out that the financing of SMEs is a long-standing problem in the economic and social development, and from the enterprise itself, the government, banks, and other aspects of society, find out the reasons of the problems, summed up the Jilin province enterprise financing problems, and put forward some modest relief financing problem suggestion.
