摘要 淀粉是一类重要的天然高分子淀粉接枝共聚物被誉为第三代变性淀粉,在吸水剂、絮凝剂、可降解塑料和医药制剂方面有广泛的应用。淀粉的接枝共聚物是一类新型的高分子材料,在实际应用中具有优异的性能。反相乳液聚合方法具有聚合率高反应比较温和,副反应少等优点。反相乳液聚合的关键是寻找高效,廉价和条件温和的乳液体系,提高乳液的稳定性。而其中乳液的稳定性对聚合反应影响最大,本课题主要是探讨各种因素对乳液稳定性的影响,制备廉价,稳定性高的乳液。寻找淀粉反相乳液的最佳制备条件,提高乳液的稳定性,从而提高乳液的聚合率和聚合效率。 本文选用原玉米为原料,石蜡为分散介质,Span80和Tween80复配作为乳化剂,考查了乳化剂种类、乳化剂HLB值、乳化剂量、淀粉乳浓度、单体浓度及油水比对淀粉反相乳液稳定性的影响,并结合电导率法和稀释法来判断液的类型。 实验结果显示:原玉米淀粉形成稳定反相乳液的适宜工艺条件是: HLB=5.37~6.44、乳化剂质量分数5%~6%、V(油):V(水) =1.4:1、 单体浓度为16%。淀粉乳浓度为12%。 The starch is an important and natural macromolecule, graft copolymerization of starch is known as third generation of modified starch. It was widely applied in the water agent, flocculent agent, biodegradable plastics and pharmaceutical preparations. Graft copolymerization of starch is a new polymer material, which have the excellent function in actual application. The way of inverse emulsion polymerization efficiency is higher, reaction more gentle, secondary reaction little etc. advantage. The key of the polymerization is to find more effective, inexpensive and mild conditions of the emulsion system to improve the stability of emulsion. The stability of emulsion polymerization has the greatest impact, this issue is to discuss the various factors affecting the stability of the emulsion, and then to production cheaper and steadier emulsion. This issue is to find out the best condition of preparation to improve the stability of emulsion, thereby to enhance the emulsion polymerization rate and efficiency of polymerization. This selected works replies to go together with the conduct and actions to emulsify a system with the Span80 and Tween80. Investigated to the types of emulsifiers, emulsifier HLB value, emulsifier content and starch latex concentration, monomer concentration and the ratio of paraffin oil-water emulsion, while the emulsion particle size were measured, and the combination of conductivity and dilution method to determine the type of emulsion.
