摘要:对山药多糖的提取工艺进行优化, 在单因素试验基础上选取试验因素与水平利用响应面法 ,根据BoxBenhnken中心组合试验设计原理采用三因素三水平的响应面分析 法 ,依据回归分析确定各工艺条件的影响因子,以山药多糖提取率为响应值作响应面和等高线。在分析各个因素的显著性和交互作用后，得出山药多糖浸提的最佳工艺条件。 关键词：怀山药 多糖 提取分离 响应面分析 Abstract: The optimum conditions for the extraction of diosccorea polysaccharide were studied. On the basis of single factor experiments, the optimum conditions for extraction of Diosccorea polysaccharide were obtained through Box-benhnken center-united experiment design and Response Surface Methodology.
