System integration techniques are studied on the basis of designs and mi p lem entations of SHM sys- tem for practical projects. Them ethods of the design and mi plementation for sofwt are framew ork are used to confirm the architecture of SHM system. The structure and operationalmechanism ofNEESit are introduced and the founda- tion ofNEESit functionalmodu les related to SHM system is built.
