游客不文明旅游行为初探——以厦门为例汇编.docVIP

摘要：随着中国旅游业的快速发展，中国游客不文明旅游行为也随之不断增多，改善游客不文明旅游行为具有重要意义。本研究以厦门市居民和游客为调查对象，通过问卷调查的方式了解厦门居民对游客不文明行为的感知，具体分析厦门游客在旅游过程中所作出的主要不文明旅游行为表现及其产生的原因。最后从游客、景区、旅行社和政府的角度提出了游客不文明行为管理的措施。 关键词：不文明行为 问卷调查 游客 厦门 Abstract: With the development of Chinese tourism industry, Chinese tourists uncivilized behavior is increasing. Therefore, to improve the tourists behavior is of great significance. In this study, residents in Xiamen city and tourists are participants. The paper acquires the knowledge of the residents perception of tourists uncivilized behaviors and the reason behind it based on questionnaire.Finally,
