不同冠状动脉病变程度患者血高敏C反应蛋白 和尿酸的变化和意义 摘要：目的：探讨不同冠状动脉病变程度的冠心病(CHD)患者血浆超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和尿酸(UA)水平相关性及其临床意义。 方法：经冠状动脉造影检查者18例作为研究对象，根据冠状动脉病变指数，分为单支病变组0例，双支病变者7例，多支病变组5例和冠状动脉造影正常的对照组36例。测定血浆hs-CRP、UA、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C。计算体重指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)和Gensini积分。结果：CHD各组血浆hs-CRPUA水平明显高于对照组(P0.01)，血浆中hs-CRP水平与、WC、BMI、WHR、TC、LDL-C、Gensini积分呈显著负相关(P0.05或P0.01)均衡年龄、血脂、肥胖等因素影响后，hs-CRP和UA与Gensini积分存在相关性。结论：冠心病患者血浆CRP、UA水平明显增高，并与冠状动脉病变程度密切相关，可以反应心肌受损的程度，具有重要的临床意义。 Correlation of Uric Acid and High-Sensitivity C- Reactive Protein with Severity of Coronary Artery Disease in Patients Abstract: Objective To explore the correlation of plasma high-sensitivity C- reactive protein (hs-CRP) and adiponectin(UA) levels with severity of coronary artery disease in patient with coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods 148 CHD patients definitely diagnosed by coronary angiography and divided into four groups according to the number of coronary artery damage：single vessel damage group(n=40), double vessels damage group (n=47), many vessels damage group(n=45) and normal control group (n=36). Measurment of blood pressure，height，weight，waist circumferencend (WC) and hip. Fasting venous blood was drawn to detect the plasma levels of hs-CRP , UA, total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), high-densitylipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)，apoprotein-A1(apo-A1), and calculating body mass index (BMI), waist-hip ratio (WHR) and Gensini score of coronary stenosis. Result The concentration of hs-CRP in CHD groups were significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.01). The plasma hs-CRP levels were negatively and significantly correlated with UA, WC，BMI，WHR, TC, LDL-C, and Gensini score(P0.05 or 0.01). Balanced the influential factors (such as age, blood glucose, blood lipids and obesity), Hs-CRP and UA still had significantly correlated with Gensini S score.
