快速向心结合不同速度离心训练对踝关节屈伸快速力量的影响 ABSTRACT Objective:Compare the differences and similarities between the different eccentric contraction speed with fast speed concentric contraction of plantarflexors and dorsiflexors of the ankle to find the best eccentric contraction velocity to improve the speed strength of the ankle as well as to provide theoretical support and application reference of the speed strength training of the ankle. Methods : 30 subjects were randomly divided into the concentric contraction combines with fast eccentric training group (Group F) ,the concentric contraction combines with slow eccentric training group (Group M) and the control group (Group C) .Group F and Group M were trained 6 weeks under different speed of eccentric contraction (GF:1S;GM:3S) combined with the fast-speed concentric contraction for 7 RM³5 sets per time, 3 times per week. There were isokinetic tests (under the speed of 60 °/s and 180 °/s) by using BIODEX SYSTEM3.0 before and after the training program. Using peak torque (PT), time to peak torque (TPT) and torque acceleration energy (TAE) to evaluate the changes of the maximal strength and the speed strength of plantarflexors and dorsiflexors of the ankle. Results :1.After 6 weeks training, under the speed of 60 °/s, the concentric peak torque of plantarflexors in Group F and Group M were improved significantly when compared with before (p0.05), but there was no significant difference between the concentric peak torque of plantarflexors in Group F and Group M.
