新能源汽车产业发展分析 作者： 陈映衡 专业： 机械设计制造及其自动化 学号： 11104020202 中 国 ( 重 庆 2014年4月26日 新能源汽车产业发展分析 摘 要：面对全球范围日益严峻的能源形势和环保压力，今年来，世界主要汽车生产国都把新能源汽车产业发展作为提高产业竞争力、保持经济社会可持续发展的重大战略举措。我国新能源汽车产业发展尚处于起步阶段，当前面临的发展现状主要是资金、人才均有较大缺口；市场宣传力度还不够；新能源汽车的技术还未取得全面突破；政策的扶持力度上也不够细化。面对这些问题还需政府、企业提出相关的发展对策，进一步完善新能源汽车技术、消费市场环境。我国作为能源消费大国，发展新能源汽车产业是低碳经济时代必然的选择。同时，新能源汽车的产业发展也将是汽车行业的新导向。 关键词：低碳经济；新能源轿车；产业发展； Analysis on the National New Energy Vehicle Industry Abstract: Facing the global scope day by day stern energy situation and the environmental protection pressure, come this year, the world main automobile producer country all enhances the new energy automobile industry development achievement the industrial competitive power, the maintenance economic society sustainable development significant strategic action. Key Words: Low-carbon economy; New energy vehicle; Industrial development; 一、绪论 （一）引言 燃油汽车发展到今天，已面临“环境污染”与“能源危机”的双重压力。降低油耗并寻求新的替代能源，以及开发低污染或零污染的绿色汽车(又称环保汽车、清洁汽车)，已成为当今世界汽车工业发展的主题。 目前，我国汽车销售量正快速增长，到今年年底，我国汽车产销分别完成1379.10万辆和1364.48万辆，同比分别增长48%和46%，全年轿车累计销售747.31万辆，同比增长48.07%。由此带来的社会问题也日益显现，汽车能耗与尾气污染，也使我国遭遇汽车走入家庭后的世界性难题。汽车的节能减排，不是一天就能解决的问题，而是全球汽车产
