The key factors and const raints, such as the re source confidence, the subproject processing time, the precedence of subproject and the project due date, were considered in the 01 integer programming model. By using the characterist ics of the problem, a project scheduling algorithm was developed to search and evaluate selection solut ions, and the project scheduling algorithm w as embed ded into a tabu search algorithm to solve the model. Simulation experiments and comparisons to other related algo rithms showed that the proposed approach w as possible to find the optimal solution with faster speed and higher probability.
