Aeronautical Materials Engineering Laboratory of Shaanxi Province, Xi’an 710018, China) Abstract: The microstructures and fatigue fractures of the TC4 MJ12 screw bolts produced by WST were studied. The results show that the fracture type belongs to fatigue ductile fracture, and no metallurgy and microstructural defects are observed. The microstructures are fine and homogeneous.
