The dimensions of the as-grown YCOB crystal was up to 3 φ 110 × 90 mm , which was the largest size to our knowledge. No cracks are apparent in the as-grown crystal. The crack and spiral growth can be effectively controlled in the as-grown crystalThe crystal plate with dimensions of 80 mm × 80 mm × 15mm was harvested from the as-grown crystal for further experiment.
